Hey, I am Dr. Madisyn!

I am here to provide accessible, quality, holistic care to my community, and I am so grateful to do so. I believe no matter what stage of life you're in, movement is one of the most valuable components to our lives. Full Range and Remedy was established to reduce your physical limitations, alleviate your pain, and get you back to doing what you love, whatever that may be. I personally try to practice what I preach and keep an open mind to variations of treatment, exercise, therapies, etc. I promise to continue to gain new skills and educate myself to deliver my patients with the most individualized care, because treatment is never a one size fits all.

At Manchester University Madisyn obtained a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science while also competing on the Women's NCAA DIII Colligate Softball Team.

2018-2021

Logan University

Logan University College of Chiropractic is where Madisyn studied and completed her Doctorate. During this time she also became certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and several other techniques.

Animal Chiropractic Education Source (ACES) is located in Meridian, Texas and is where Dr. Madisyn received her hands on training to provide chiropractic care to animals of all kind.

Our Services

An adjustment involves applying just enough force into a joint in the direction it is restricted. Being both gentle and effective, this is to establish better function, increased range of motion, and decreased pain.

CHIROPRACTIC

This service involves inserting acupuncture needles into a muscle to decrease trigger point activity. This technique can help resolve pain and muscle tension, while promoting healing. This can be a huge help for chronic pain and headaches as well.

DRY NEEDLING

Both your pets and your livestock need chiropractic care too! We see dogs in office, and horses/livestock out at your barn. You can request a barn visit via email or phone.

If your chiro or PT can’t do a squat, (respectively) get the heck out of their office! ❤️

But I do want to make this clear, prioritizing your health isn’t about eating a perfect diet, never missing a workout, or living some perfectly balanced life.

It’s eating wholesome, nourishing foods (and maybe even caring where the food came from 😉), but not letting the “perfect” diet keep you from sharing a pizza and laughing with your friends.

It’s moving your body in ways you actually enjoy, even if you feel goofy at first.

The truth is, you can’t have shoulder stability without core stability, I don’t make the rules 🤷🏼‍♀️
👇🏼Here’s what you need to do:

1) Bird Dogs
-don’t drop into the stabilizing hip or shoulder
-reach for full hip extension
-reach for full shoulder flexion
-opposite arm, opposite leg

2) DNS 6 Month Prone
-keep a neutral pelvis + spine
-no winging shoulder blades here!
-don’t fall into lumbar flexion
-big chin tuck

3) Quadruped Shoulder Raise w/ resistance
-challenge a modified bird dog position
-control the tension up and down
-don’t hike the shoulder w/ trap muscle

4) 6 Month Prone Shoulder Raise w/ resistance
-same cues as 6 month prone
-breathe and control the tension

The shoulder is the most unstable joint in the body and it needs all the help it can get, specially from your core!

Strong Hips = Strong Foundation
Here’s what you need to know⬇️

🐚🐚Standing Clam Shells.
I like these a heck of a lot more than side lying. Much more functional! Hip external rotators play a huge role in your ability to flex at the hip and abduct (and squat without ticking off your knees for that matter).

Excessive internal rotation of the hip and weak external hip rotators➡️ anterior pelvic tilt➡️ lumbar hyper extension➡️ low back pain,
therefore strong hips = protected low back!

🪑🪑Supported Squats.
These help with both mobility and strength! Getting into a deep squat provides your body full hip flexion, knee flexion, and ankle dorsi flexion. This position also helps establish proper diaphragm and pelvic floor stability.

If you can’t squat, fix that ASAP! Your future self is sure to thank you.

🔫🔫Modified Pistol Squats.
These require hip stability and balance! These force you to work on anti-inward pull of that knee, which protects the knee from valgus forces (which are where most knee injuries come from)!

When we strength the hip, we better support the knee minimizing chance of injury.

I love single leg work for stability and longevity of your lower extremity joints! Throughout the gait cycle, single leg stance is necessary. So if you want to be able to walk independently at 95 years old, make sure you’re a pro at these exercises now!

Injuries don’t always show up on an X-ray—and here’s why 👇

An X-ray is just a snapshot 📸. It’s great for spotting fractures or major structural changes, but it can’t capture how your body moves in real time.

A lot of pain and dysfunction comes from movement issues (poor joint mechanics, muscle imbalances, or instability, etc.)These show up when you’re actually moving… not when you’re standing still for a picture.

So if your X-ray is “normal” (most of the time arthritis & degeneration is normal aging) but you’re still in pain, that doesn’t mean your pain isn’t real—it just means we need to look deeper at how your body functions, not just what it looks like when you’re really freaking still.

Let’s get a few things straight 👀

Pain doesn’t always mean something is damaged. Your body is resilient, not fragile. Pain is usually just a warning.

“Degeneration” is just a normal part of getting older—not your body falling apart. Think of it like wrinkles on your spine.

Adjustments? Helpful, yes… but they’re just one tool, not an entire treatment. Get a chiropractor that does more.

That disc herniation you’re stressing about? Yes, it probably hurts like hell, but discs are HIGHLY responsive to the correct care.
